LifeCourseOnline is Closing

After many years of doing incredible work with individuals and families, we've made the hard decision to close in the wake of a few unprecedented developments. With the advent of AI and medicaid cuts across the US, the reality is that both the funding and appetite for human led products and programs is not what it used to be. We recognize the irony of LCO - an intentionally human centred and human driven program and platform - shutting its doors in response to ai-centred and efficiency driven policy taking a front seat across North America. But we also recognize that, in the sector we serve, families and non-profits need to use the lowest cost solutions to stretch increasingly little funding as far as it can possibly go.

We know many of you have spent time building your plans, goals and other important information in LifeCourseOnline, and we don’t take that lightly. Before the platform closes, please log in and save and export anything you’d like to keep. We encourage you to take some time to look through your account and make sure you have everything that’s important to you.

After LifeCourseOnline closes, we’ll securely delete your personal information from our systems within six months, unless we’re required by law to keep it longer. If you have an annual subscription that goes past October 31, you can also contact us to request a refund for the unused time left on your subscription.

We’re genuinely sorry to be saying goodbye, and very grateful to everyone who has used, supported and trusted LifeCourseOnline over the years. We'll be seeing you around.
